Whether it's 60 seconds, 60 minutes or beyond the hour, we can all take time for nature this Earth Hour.

I am taking time out for nature and have joined the worlds biggest movement to protect our planet. By moving my body and raising vital funds from my Earth Hour Challenge 60, I will be helping to protect and regenerate nature - restoring the planet for everything that calls it home.

Sunday 2nd Mar
Walked along the Manly to Shelly beach strip, went for a swim and saw many fish at Shelly Beach🐠. Another stroll back to Manly beach for a total of 2.6km, and some Sunday Markets!

Saturday 1st Mar
Took the day to go to Maroubra Beach and spend some time with nature. Went for a swim and saw a lot of ocean eco-systems thriving! Fish everywhere 🐠 then went for a long stroll up and back the beach.
